Purdue HSSE Library

Renovations to 68,000SF multi-story library facility while in use, custom architectural woodwork and casework, raised access flooring, new HVAC system. Completed at a cost of $4.1 million.

Purdue Boilermaker Sculpture

Completed at a cost of $200,000, this plaza's centerpiece is an 18-foot-tall sculpture resting atop a black granite-clad pedestal engraved with the history of the nickname depicting the "Boilermaker."

Ivy Tech Lafayette - Academic Building

This $1.6 million project involved interior finishes including: doors and hardware, tiered classroom seating, interior wood trim and casework.

Purdue Earhart Hall Food Court

$6.3 million renovation and addition of a new dining hall facility. Project included: commercial kitchen facility with several serving areas, decorative stainless steel and ornamental metals, architectural woodwork, decorative ceramic tile work and construction of custom seating booths.

Purdue Discovery Park Phase VI

This $2 million job was J.R. Kelly's third site improvement project for the Discovery Park area at Purdue. Like the other two projects it included site sewer improvements along with new decorative walks and landscaping. This project also included the fabrication and installation of a stainless steel and etched glass fountain.

Institutional

Sigma Chi Fraternity

Originally constructed in 1912, this $5.6 million project modernized one of the oldest fraternity houses on Purdue University's campus. Complete restoration including custom woodwork throughout, new fire sprinkler system, new bathrooms, enlarged living quarters and common areas.

Camp Tecumseh - Scheumann Lodge

22,000 SF new dining hall and kitchen facility, completed at a cost of nearly $3 million. Project included sixty-five foot long log trusses fabricated from 24" diameter logs, wood framing with exterior wood siding, interior wood paneling, masonry fireplaces, ceramic tile flooring and commercial grade kitchen.

Camp Tecumseh - Kampen Lodge

This 17,000 SF activity center includes indoor rock climbing, stage, library and nature room. Project cost was $3 million.

Sonya Margerum Fountain

Completed at a cost of $225,000, this fountain serves as a focal point between Wabash Landing and the pedestrian bridge over the Wabash River.
